Professional Fees

Fees are discussed in advance of conducting the assessment or consultation with Dr. Donnelly. Upon referral, a written estimate will be provided, specifying the range of hours expected, as well as anticipated timelines to complete the project. Typically, forensic cases involve retainers (approximately 50% of the expected fee of the evaluation or consultation).  Fees include professional activities related to face-to-face in-office time with those being evaluated, record review, report writing, literature reviews, interviews (in-person or by phone) with collateral sources, travel time, preparation time for deposition and expert testimony, as well as in-person expert testimony charged at either a half-day, or full-day rate.
